This six-session program is designed for men and women who struggle with loneliness, fear of being alone, emotional dependency, or difficulty feeling emotionally safe within themselves.
It is especially supportive during periods of separation, emotional vulnerability, major life transitions, or relationship challenges.
The program combines emotional coaching, attachment awareness, nervous system regulation, and practical self-connection tools to help clients develop inner stability, emotional autonomy, and healthier relationships built on choice rather than fear.
Program Roadmap
- Session 1: Emotional assessment and relationship history
- Sessions 2–3: Awareness, emotional regulation, and attachment patterns
- Sessions 4–6: Self-trust building, autonomy, and long-term emotional strategies
