First Session

We get the context right, provide you with specific guidance for the situations that you are facing, and jot down the areas in which you might have further curiosity in order to work on them for the second session.

We assess for:

  • Inner conflict
  • Sabotaging dialogues
  • Myths that might be affecting your experience

Clarifying questions and structure are provided to guide you in the process if you don’t have a particular thing in mind and you are feeling a little overwhelmed with the whole experience, so it can become a little brighter already.

Second Session

If there’s any piece of homework, it should be completed beforehand.

Doubts that could still be in the air will be resolved with tailored materials for the personal situation that you are facing.

Some people might want to complement the treatment with single sessions, while others get enough guidance with two sessions to start this journey calmly and safely.
