A comprehensive and supportive 10-session journey designed to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and create a healthier and more fulfilling intimate relationship.
This 10-session program is created for couples who want to work more deeply on intimacy, emotional connection, and communication within their relationship. Through a structured and progressive process, couples will explore current challenges, better understand each partner’s emotional and relational needs, and develop healthier ways of connecting both emotionally and sexually.
The program combines guided couples sessions and, when appropriate, brief individual spaces within the therapeutic process. Sessions integrate emotional exploration, psychoeducation, practical communication tools, intimacy exercises, and personalized strategies that couples can apply in daily life.
The process is collaborative, respectful, and adapted to each couple’s pace, boundaries, and relationship goals, helping partners move toward greater understanding, safety, connection, and intimacy.
Who Is This For?
Adult couples (18+) who want to improve communication, strengthen emotional and sexual intimacy, rebuild trust, navigate recurring conflicts, and create a more connected and secure relationship dynamic.
10-Session Roadmap
Phase 1 – Understanding & Emotional Safety (Sessions 1–2)
Explore the relationship history, current challenges, and each partner’s perspective. Establish agreements around emotional safety, respect, communication, and participation throughout the process.
Phase 2 – Communication & Emotional Connection (Sessions 3–4)
Learn and practice healthier ways of expressing needs, listening actively, and responding with empathy. Identify relational patterns that contribute to conflict escalation, emotional distance, avoidance, or misunderstanding.
Phase 3 – Sexuality, Desire & Intimacy (Sessions 5–7)
Explore beliefs, expectations, and emotional experiences related to sexuality and intimacy. Understand factors affecting desire, pleasure, and connection while introducing gradual intimacy and reconnection exercises adapted to the couple’s comfort and boundaries.
Phase 4 – Integration, Agreements & Future Planning (Sessions 8–10)
Integrate the insights and tools developed during the process, create realistic agreements and relational practices for daily life, and design a medium-term plan to continue nurturing the relationship beyond the program.
