There is immense power in community. This 10-session group program creates a safe, structured environment for women to deepen their bonds, destigmatize sensitive topics like sexual health, and build lasting support networks. Guided by Miren Itxaso Otsoa’s expertise as an Equality Agent, participants work together to deconstruct social stigmas and strengthen their collective voice. The journey focuses on building self-esteem and fostering a sense of reconciliation with oneself within a nurturing group setting.
🧭 The Roadmap
The group process is designed to be clear and supportive, moving at a pace that honors the collective journey:
Phase 1: Needs & Self-Awareness (Sessions 1–2): Assessing collective needs and conducting an initial evaluation to set shared goals.
Phase 2: Building Strength & Networks (Sessions 3–6): Focused work on therapy, self-esteem, and actively fostering female support networks.
Phase 3: Deepening & Inner Child (Sessions 7–8): Exploring deeper feelings and conducting inner child work for personal and group reconciliation.
Phase 4: Review & Empowerment (Sessions 9–10): Strengthening autonomy and reviewing the process to ensure lasting integration of tools.
