Couples Sex Therapy is a therapeutic program aimed at couples wishing to address sexual, relational, or intimate difficulties that interfere with the well-being of their relationship.

Through Integrated Occupational Psychotherapy (PMI), the program combines clinical interviews and practical exercises designed to help couples improve communication, rediscover intimacy, and build a more conscious and authentic sexuality.

The program can be useful in the presence of:

  • heated desire;
  • difficulties in intimacy;
  • conflicts related to sexuality;
  • performance anxiety;
  • orgasmic difficulties;
  • pain or discomfort during intercourse;
  • communicative and emotional difficulties in couples.

How the Program Works

First Sessions – Couple Assessment

Understanding sexual and relational difficulties within the couple’s dynamic.

Central Sessions – Therapy and Practical Exercises

Introduction of therapeutic tools and tasks to be performed in daily life to foster greater emotional, physical, and sexual connection.

Final Sessions – Consolidation and Continuity

Review of the completed program and definition of strategies to maintain the changes achieved over time.

Prerequisites

You must have completed the Couples Sex Counseling program before starting Sex Therapy.
