I provide a sex-positive, non-judgmental space to explore sexuality, desire, boundaries, shame, and sexual confidence. This support helps clients better understand their needs and develop a healthier, more comfortable relationship with their sexuality.

I work with individuals and couples facing communication difficulties, emotional distance, relationship conflict, or intimacy challenges. Together, we explore patterns, needs, and ways to build more honest, emotionally safe, and fulfilling connections.

My Philosophy & Journey

My journey into this work started with psychology and my experience supporting people from very different backgrounds. Over time, I noticed how often people struggle silently with intimacy, sexuality, relationships, and emotional pain because these topics can feel shameful, confusing, or difficult to express.

Through my work in mental health, humanitarian settings, community-based support, and online counselling, I became more focused on creating a space where people can speak openly without judgment. I wanted my work to help clients feel safer with their emotions, clearer about their needs, and more confident in their relationships and intimate lives.

Our Process

A Safe, Practical Process for Honest Change

In my sessions, clients can expect a warm, practical, and non-judgmental space where we move at their pace. The first session is about understanding what brings them here, their background, and what they hope to change, without pressure to share everything at once. Ongoing sessions are conversational and reflective, but also practical; we may explore emotional or relationship patterns, work through intimacy or sexuality concerns, use CBT-informed tools, build coping strategies, and define flexible goals together. What stands out in my work is that I adapt the process to each client’s comfort level, especially when discussing sensitive topics like desire, shame, identity, and relationships, so the work feels safe, supportive, and genuinely useful.

Intimacy Support in Complex Life Transitions

One part of my work that I would highlight is my experience supporting people through emotionally complex situations, especially when relationships, intimacy, migration, identity, and personal uncertainty overlap. Because I have worked in humanitarian, community-based, and online counselling settings, I understand how trauma, displacement, cultural background, and life transitions can affect someone’s emotional world, sense of safety, and ability to connect with others.
