This two-session program is designed for women in leadership positions or high-responsibility professional roles who want to better understand and navigate the effects of menopause on their energy, focus, confidence, and workplace performance.

Participants will explore the hormonal, emotional, cognitive, and social changes associated with menopause while learning practical strategies to maintain professional presence, emotional balance, and leadership effectiveness.

The program combines psychoeducation, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices to support women in leading with confidence, authenticity, and self-awareness during this stage of life.
