Throughout the process, sessions combine emotional exploration, psychoeducation, practical tools, personalized activities, and clear therapeutic objectives. The goal is to help clients gain clarity, reduce feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety, or confusion, and develop healthier ways of relating to their sexuality, emotions, body, and relationships.

The process is collaborative, respectful, and adapted to each client’s personal experiences, needs, and goals.
