24+ Hours’ Notice: Rescheduling allowed with no penalty.
6–12 Hours’ Notice: 40% penalty.
3–5 Hours’ Notice: 50% penalty.
1–3 Hours’ Notice: 80% penalty.
No-Show: 100% penalty (the slot and payment are forfeited).
