First Session

This is the best moment to share any doubts or concerns that might be affecting you.

We assess:

  • Moments of disconnection from yourself
  • Lack of presence
  • Missing opportunities for pleasure and connection

Psychoeducational materials will be provided to explore any bothersome influences or missing awareness that might be affecting your experience.

The connection between art therapy, sexuality, and love will be shared.

We’ll start practicing art therapy techniques to unlock your potential for self-development and growth.

Second Session

We’ll comment on the discoveries related to your development and your journey.

Now, with the lived experience of a comfortable art therapy session, you’ll be guided to spot what supported you the most.

This time, you’ll be given the opportunity to choose your own art therapy materials from a larger batch, so you can train your ability to self-regulate through art and self-monitor your grounding experience.

Third Session

This time, we’ll assess your experience with the art therapy homework, as well as your degree of confidence while choosing your own materials.

After sharing insights, we’ll fine-tune the process.

Many people decide to continue together, but many others feel that this three-step process was instructive enough to continue using art for their development on their own.

Política de Reembolso (Valor Retenido)

Para productos que constan de múltiples sesiones, si se ha utilizado alguna sesión, se cobrará a la tarifa completa de 60 €. Cualquier sesión no utilizada restante, incluido un producto completamente no utilizado o una sola sesión no utilizada, se reembolsará después de deducir una tarifa del proveedor de pagos del 4%, calculada sobre el monto del pago original total.
