The keys to unlock your potential for self-development and growth in the arena of BDSM will be discussed, together with general myths and limiting beliefs that tend to affect people when they are getting started.
Psychoeducational materials will be provided to explore any bothersome influences or missing awareness that might be affecting your experience.
Questions or topics to journal about are generally provided, so you’ll have the opportunity to note down what comes up throughout the week.
Second Session
Materials will be more personalized in this session, focusing on what you shared before.
We’ll comment on the discoveries related to your development and your journey.
Guidelines will be provided to experiment in the direction that you decided upon.
Third Session
This time, we’ll explore your results with the experimentation and the homework, as well as your degree of happiness and confidence while navigating what caught your attention.
We’ll make sure you are grounded and satisfied with your trajectory.
From this point on, many people decide to continue together, but many others feel that this three-step process was instructive enough to continue exploring their kinks without an ongoing therapy process.
You can always return if new doubts arise.
