General Description
This roadmap is designed for people who want to explore whether spiritual trauma or difficult experiences may be affecting their sexuality, romance, or relationship with their body in the present.
There are many options available and many roadmaps that can help people with difficult experiences. With this roadmap, if you feel comfortable with it after the first session, the expert will assess your life history to look for signs of difficult sexual experiences that could be limiting your experience with your body in the present.
This assessment only happens if you are comfortable with it. If you are not, you can cancel and get the price for the rest of the sessions in the package back.
Safety and Boundaries
Confidence is paramount when working with such a sensitive topic.
The expert will not ask for the reasons if you choose not to continue. The expert will ask about your grounding techniques and preferred self-care, and will make sure you are in a safe place right now.
It is important to check that you are happy and safe while working with potentially traumatic material.
The expert might ask for the number of your local health provider or a family member due to regulations related to online therapy. This extra precaution is a boundary to ensure your safety while navigating difficult memories.
Roadmap
First Session
The first session focuses on safety, comfort, and initial assessment.
For this package, the expert will help you first with any prior concerns that you might have, such as:
-
A lack of grounding activities
-
A lack of supporting context
-
Any other concern
The work on trauma will proceed only if the conditions are adequate and the situation allows room for it.
Second Session
After the initial assessments are complete, the expert will gather any missing details to come up with an assessment and a personalized clinical recommendation according to the experiences that you might have wanted to share.
Important Rule
If a test or questionnaire is provided during the sessions, I understand that if it is not returned, the process might be slower and I might have to get single sessions to compensate for the delay with the questionnaires.
