We assess for:

  • Myths that might be affecting your experience

Clarifying questions and structure are provided to guide you in the process if you don’t have a particular thing in mind and you are feeling a little overwhelmed with the whole experience, so it can become a little brighter already.

Second Session

If there’s any piece of homework, it should be completed beforehand.

Doubts that could still be in the air will be resolved with tailored materials for the personal situation that you are facing.

Some people might want to complement the treatment with single sessions, while others get enough guidance with two sessions to start this journey calmly and safely.

  • Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology: Conferred by the Universitat de Lleida.
  • Registered Member of the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia (COPC): Registration number 32610.
  • Master’s in Psychopedagogy: Conferred by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
  • Master’s in Integrative Psychopathology, Trauma, and Attachment: Conferred by UDIMA.
  • Master’s in Art Therapy and Creative Therapies: Conferred by ISPEDUC.

Service Agreement

  • Informed Consent: By booking, you agree to attend on time and provide accurate information.

  • Session Scope: This session provides guidance and does not constitute long-term therapy unless later agreed upon.

  • Expert Delivery: Every session is conducted personally by Olvido Escudero Hernández.

  • Materials: You may receive optional personalized reflections or exercises following the session.

Cancellation Penalties

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.

  • Not Show up in the meeting: 100%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 1 to 3 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 50%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 3 to 6 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 30%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 6 to 11 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 20%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 12 to 23 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 24+ Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%

Refund Policy (Retained Value)

For products consisting of multiple sessions, if any session has been used, it will be charged at the full rate of 60 €. Any remaining unused sessions, including a completely unused product or a single unused session, will be refunded after deducting a 4% payment provider fee, calculated on the total original payment amount.
