Sessions 1–2
In the first and second sessions, we will analyze your attachment together in a safe and scientific way while we review the history of your past relationships or your current one.
Remaining Sessions
During the rest of the process, the order will be determined by the results of the tests and your individual responses.
You’ll receive direct guidance about tendencies and patterns according to the details that you share.
When a Potentially Damaging Dynamic Arises
When a potentially damaging dynamic arises, we will:

Assess it.

Determine if it might be harmful.

Explore alternatives that feel doable.

Experiment with the alternatives that we agreed upon.

Assess progress and impact, and continue.
Important Rule
If a test or questionnaire is provided during the sessions, I understand that if it is not returned, the process might be slower and I might have to get single sessions to compensate for the delay with the questionnaires.
