Cancellation Penalties

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.

  • Not Show up in the meeting: 100%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 1 to 3 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 100%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 3 to 6 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 100%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 6 to 11 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 60%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 12 to 23 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 50%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 24+ Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%

Refund Policy (Retained Value)

For products consisting of multiple sessions, if any session has been used, it will be charged at the full rate of 75 $. Any remaining unused sessions, including a completely unused product or a single unused session, will be refunded after deducting a 4% payment provider fee, calculated on the total original payment amount.
