Reclaim & Heal™ is a structured, trauma-informed program designed for individuals seeking recovery from the psychological, physiological, and relational impact of sexual trauma. The program prioritizes safety, empowerment, and client-led pacing, gradually supporting reconnection with the body, emotions, and sexuality.
Using a combination of evidence-based methods, including Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Somatic Awareness, this program helps clients stabilize, process trauma, and build long-term tools for recovery and personal empowerment.
Program Structure
Session 1 – Assessment & Safety Planning:
Initial evaluation, establishing emotional safety, and creating a personalized recovery plan.
Session 2 – Trauma Psychoeducation:
Understanding trauma, its effects on mind and body, and normalizing responses.
Session 3 – Regulation Skills:
Techniques to calm the nervous system and manage emotional or physiological arousal.
Session 4 – Cognitive Processing:
Identifying and reframing trauma-related thoughts and beliefs.
Session 5 – Somatic Awareness & Body Reconnection:
Gradual, guided exercises to restore comfort and presence in the body.
Session 6 – Boundaries & Consent Skills:
Developing healthy personal boundaries and understanding consent in intimate contexts.
Session 7 – Sexual Rehabilitation Planning:
Supporting safe, gradual re-engagement with sexuality and pleasurable experiences.
Session 8 – Consolidation & Long-Term Plan:
Integrating progress, reinforcing skills, and creating a sustainable, personalized recovery roadmap.
