Program Structure
Session 1 : Assessment and Motivation for Change, Initial evaluation of patterns, triggers, andgoals.
Session 2 : Understanding the Compulsive Cycle. Education on triggers, urges, and the acting-out cycle.
Session 3 : Cognitive Restructuring & Emotional Regulation, Identifying distorted thoughts andbuilding impulse-control skills.
Session 4: Behavior Modification & Healthy Sexual Expression, Creating healthier habits and boundaries while reducing compulsive behaviors.
Session 5: Relational, Emotional, and Environmental Factors, Addressing stress, shame, relationships, and contributing life patterns.
Session 6 : Integration & Long-Term Maintenance Plan, Consolidating skills and establishing a sustainable recovery plan.
