This program provides a step-by-step path to personal transformation:
- Session 1: Clarification of
the challenge or transition to work on, initial exploration of emotions,
relationships, sexuality, values, and identities; identification of
internal resources and potential obstacles. - Sessions 2 to 5 (or
2 to 9):
Deepening understanding of emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns;
developing skills and strategies to address challenges; guidance in
defining and monitoring goals; practical exercises and reflections to
foster conscious change and begin consolidating new habits. - Final Session: Integration of
learnings and resources, review of progress, and guidance on next steps to
continue the process independently or with ongoing support.
