By participating in this Group Consultation, you agree to:

• Eligibility: Certify that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering this contract.

• Joint Consent: All participants in the group must agree to be present and participate voluntarily.

• “No Secrets” Policy: The expert reserves the right not to keep secrets between members of the same therapeutic group if deemed vital to the process.

• Non-Sexual Clause: This is a professional therapeutic environment; no sexual acts will be performed, offered, or solicited.

• Duty of Care: You grant the expert the right to breach confidentiality to contact authorities if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policies

• Tiered Cancellation Policy:

  • 12+ Hours Notice: Free rescheduling.

  • 6–12 Hours Notice: 20% Penalty (must pay for a new booking).
