This roadmap is reflective and identity-centered, adapting to your unique experience.

• Session 1: Story of Becoming – Exploring early narratives, silence, first memories of desire, and the shift from erasure to visibility.

  
  

• Session 2: Internal Narratives & Shame – Addressing internalized lesbophobia, cultural stereotypes, and undoing internalized myths.

  
  

• Session 3: Sapphic Desire – Analyzing patterns and dynamics of desire between women as a form of self-recognition.

  
  

• Session 4: Gender Expression & Butch Identity – Examining meanings of butch identity, style, social reading (visibility/invisibility), and safety.

  
  

• Session 5: Integration – Viewing identity as "becoming," finding community, and establishing next steps for relationships and pride.

By the end of this programme, you will:

• Understand your personal process of "becoming" and the meaning behind your desire.

• Recognize how your expression shapes your identity and sense of belonging.

• Reduce internalized shame while building self-acceptance.

• Gain the language to express your identity with safety and pride.

• Feel more connected to sapphic history, community, and imagination.

  
  

🛡️ Service Agreement & Participant Consent

• You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and identify as Lesbian or Sapphic.

  
  

• You agree to attend all scheduled sessions on time or provide at least 12 hours of notice for rescheduling.

  
  

• You acknowledge this is an individual programme, not intended for couples.

  
  

• You agree to engage with optional materials, such as reading suggestions on butch history or journaling prompts on gender expression.

  
  

• You accept the tiered cancellation policy: notice shorter than 12 hours results in penalties from 20% to 100% of the session value.

  
  

• You understand the "Retained Value Rule": partial package refunds re-calculate used sessions at the full rate.

  
  

• You acknowledge that therapeutic results depend on active adherence to the programme.

  
  

• You understand that all information shared is confidential and handled according to privacy guidelines.

  
  

• You agree that all provided resources are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
