⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policies
Tiered Cancellation: Free rescheduling with 12+ hours' notice. Notice given between 1–3 hours results in a 50% penalty, and no-shows incur a 100% penalty.
Refunds (The "Retained Value" Rule): If you request a refund before finishing the 8 sessions, the bundle discount is voided. Used sessions are recalculated at the full single-session rate before the remaining balance is returned.
