Service Description
This program is designed for couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or are navigating transitions, and who want to better understand what is happening in their relationship. It provides a structured, supportive space to slow down, listen differently, and explore both emotional and sexual dynamics. The program welcomes different relational models, including LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous couples.
How the Program Works
The work focuses on communication, intimacy, and recurring relational patterns, taking into account the unique context of your relationship. Together, we explore what’s happening, develop new perspectives, and build practical strategies to strengthen connection.
Session 1: Understanding the couple’s request and defining the therapeutic framework
Sessions 2–4: Exploration of relational patterns, communication styles, and intimacy
Sessions 5–6: Integration of insights, development of new relational strategies, and consolidation
Expected Outcomes
By the end of the program, couples often experience:
More open and effective communication
Greater emotional and sexual closeness
Practical tools to navigate conflict and relationship transitions
The focus is not on deciding whether to stay together or separate, but on helping partners relate with clarity, honesty, and mutual understanding.
