Service Description
This structured program is designed for individuals who wish to explore sexuality and identity in greater depth. It is particularly suited for people from LGBTQ+ and kinky communities, as well as anyone navigating questions around desire, shame, identity, or self-acceptance. The work unfolds gradually, offering a thoughtful and supportive space for reflection and integration.
How the Program Works
Together, we explore personal history, relational experiences, and the meanings attached to sexuality and identity. The aim is to reduce internal conflict and support a more authentic, compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
Sessions 1–2: Assessment of personal, relational, and sexual history
Sessions 3–5: Exploration of identity, meaning-making, and social or relational contexts
Sessions 6–7: Development of new perspectives and personal narratives
Session 8: Integration, consolidation, and future orientation
Expected Outcomes
By the end of the program, clients often experience increased self-acceptance, reduced shame, and a stronger sense of alignment between who they are and how they live and relate. Common outcomes include:
Feeling more comfortable with one’s identity and desires
Reduced internal conflict or self-judgment
A more compassionate and flexible understanding of self
