⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policies
Tiered Cancellation: Rescheduling is free with 12+ hours' notice. Notice given between 1–3 hours results in a 50% penalty, and no-shows incur a 100% penalty.
Refunds (The "Retained Value" Rule): If you request a refund before finishing the 8 sessions, the bundle discount is voided. Used sessions are recalculated at the full single-session rate before the remaining balance is returned.

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.
