Confidentiality: Participants agree to respect the privacy of others within the group.
Expert Level: Every session is personally guided by Miren to ensure a high standard of professional care.
⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Retained Value Rule: If a participant leaves the package mid-way, used sessions are recalculated at the full €58 single-session rate to determine any refund balance.
Tiered Penalties: Standard platform penalties apply for late notice: 20% (6–12h), 30% (3–5h), 50% (1–3h), and 100% for no-shows or notice under 1 hour.
