Designed for both heterosexual individuals and members of the LGTBIQ+ community, the program explores sexual and gender identities alongside the relational models and social norms that shape your intimate experiences. Guided by Miren Itxaso Otsoa, you will work to deconstruct internalized patterns and foster more conscious, healthy, and respectful relationships with yourself and others.

The 10-session process is structured to move from conceptual awareness to practical life application:
Phase 1: Safe Space & Assessment (Session 1): Creating a secure environment, conducting an initial assessment, and defining your personal goals.
Phase 2: Conceptual Foundations (Sessions 2–3): Introduction to equality, sexuality, and identities through guided reflection.
Phase 3: Deepening & Dynamics (Sessions 4–6): Practical deepening through real-life experience analysis and dynamics.
Phase 4: Pattern Review (Sessions 7–8): Integrating learning, reviewing your relational patterns, and strengthening personal resources.
Phase 5: Consolidation & Closure (Sessions 9–10): Closing the process, consolidating tools, and receiving guidance for future continuity.
