⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policies
Tiered Cancellation: Rescheduling is free with 12+ hours' notice. Penalties apply for shorter notice: 20% (6–12 hrs), 30% (3–5 hrs), 50% (1–3 hrs), and 100% for no-shows or notice under 1 hour.
Refund Rule (Retained Value): If you request a refund before completion, the discount is voided. Used sessions are recalculated at the full €120 single-session rate before the remaining balance is refunded.

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.
