  • Conduct: Strict professional boundaries apply, with zero tolerance for harassment or inappropriate behavior during group calls.

⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Retained Value Rule: If a participant leaves the group package mid-way, used sessions are recalculated at the full  single-session rate to calculate the refund.

  • Tiered Penalties: Standard platform penalties apply for late notice: 20% for 6–12 hours, 30% for 3–5 hours, 50% for 1–3 hours, and 100% for no-shows.
