  • Certification in Trauma and EMDR (2023) - Desensitization of Traumatic Events – 500+ hours in workshops, courses, and conferences
  • Certification in ADHD (2024) - Evaluation, Psychoeducation, and Treatment – 300 hours

  • You agree to participate in this therapeutic and educational process voluntarily.
  • You understand that this service is therapeutic and educational in nature and does not constitute medical treatment.
  • You agree to attend the scheduled session on time.
  • You acknowledge that this is not a sexual service; all professional boundaries must be strictly respected at all times.
  • You understand that your privacy is protected, with the exception of specific legal limits such as risks of self-harm, harm to others, instances of abuse, or legal duty.
  • You agree to abide by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which includes a 100% fee for no-shows or cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session

Cancellation Penalties

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.

  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 1 to 3 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 100%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 3 to 6 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 50%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 6 to 11 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 20%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 12 to 23 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 10%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 24+ Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%

Refund Policy (Retained Value)

For products consisting of multiple sessions, if any session has been used, it will be charged at the full rate of 60 €. Any remaining unused sessions, including a completely unused product or a single unused session, will be refunded after deducting a 4% payment provider fee, calculated on the total original payment amount.
