⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellation Tiers: Free rescheduling is available with 12+ hours' notice. Penalties range from 20% to 100% for shorter notice or no-shows .
Refund Rule (Retained Value): If the 16-session journey is ended early, the discount is voided. Used sessions are recalculated at the full €80 single-session rate before the remaining balance is refunded.
