All sessions are conducted within a strictly professional framework. Any form of sexual behavior, solicitation, harassment, or inappropriate conduct is not tolerated.
Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified medical professional to rule out any underlying physical causes related to psychological or sexual concerns.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may choose to stop the process at any time.
All personal information and session records are securely stored using encrypted systems.
Confidentiality will be maintained at all times, except in situations where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself, others, or vulnerable individuals, in which case appropriate action may be taken.

Cancellation Penalties

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.

Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 1 to 3 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 50%
Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 3 to 6 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 30%
Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 6 to 11 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 20%
Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 12 to 23 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%
Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 24+ Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%

Refund Policy (Retained Value)

For products consisting of multiple sessions, if any session has been used, it will be charged at the full rate of 58 €. Any remaining unused sessions, including a completely unused product or a single unused session, will be refunded after deducting a 4% payment provider fee, calculated on the total original payment amount.
