During the session, time will be dedicated to listening to the patient's concerns, gathering key information, and identifying possible support options.

To offer a safe, professional, and non-judgmental space where the patient can feel listened to, understood, and guided through their difficulties.

Expert Licence

  • Registration with the Order of Psychologists: Order of Psychologists, Regional Council of Piedmont, Italy
  • Clinical Sexologist Certification: Higher School of Clinical Sexology of Turin / Piedmontese Society of Clinical Sexology
  • Sexology Consultant Certification: Higher School of Clinical Sexology of Turin / Piedmontese Society of Clinical Sexology
  • Specialization in Integrated Behavioral Sex Therapy — PMI

Service Agreement

  • Informed Consent: By booking, you agree to attend on time and provide accurate information.

  • Session Scope: This session provides guidance and does not constitute long-term therapy unless later agreed upon.

  • Expert Delivery: Every session is conducted personally by Emanuela Tagliaferri.

  • Materials: You may receive optional personalized reflections or exercises following the session.

Cancellation Penalties

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.

  • Not Show up in the meeting: 100%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 1 to 3 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 50%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 3 to 6 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 30%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 6 to 11 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 20%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 12 to 23 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (When 24+ Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 0%

Refund Policy (Retained Value)

For products consisting of multiple sessions, if any session has been used, it will be charged at the full rate of 70 €. Any remaining unused sessions, including a completely unused product or a single unused session, will be refunded after deducting a 4% payment provider fee, calculated on the total original payment amount.
