Using the DEOPIARCA methodology, the path focuses on assessment, building the therapeutic relationship, analyzing the causes, identifying practical strategies, and integrating a future plan. Across five 60-minute sessions, clients can work toward understanding the root of the problem, gaining tools to act, and developing greater sexual serenity, with the option to involve a partner in one session. Materials include a PDF on erotic function, anamnesis forms, and a summary report of the path.
