A six-session sex therapy program designed for adults and adolescents to support the exploration and understanding of their gender identity and sexual orientation.
The program provides a safe, affirming space to reflect on personal experiences, address stigma and internalized beliefs related to sexual diversity, and challenge common myths through evidence-based education.
Through guided reflection and therapeutic dialogue, participants are supported in developing self-acceptance, emotional well-being, and coherence in their identity.
The overall goal is to foster personal growth, empowerment, and a sense of harmony in relation to one’s gender identity and sexual orientation.
