Desire After 40 — Sexual Well-Being in Midlife is designed for women navigating midlife transitions who wish to reconnect with their bodies, understand these changes, and rediscover pleasure and intimacy in a new stage of life.
Perimenopause and menopause can bring physical, emotional, and relational changes that influence sexual desire, pleasure, and intimacy. This program combines education, emotional exploration, and practical tools to help participants understand how hormonal changes, life transitions, and cultural narratives affect sexuality and well-being.
Rather than trying to recreate the past, the goal is to help women develop a new and fulfilling relationship with their sexuality.
