The treatment is based on Integrated Mansion Psychotherapy (PMI), an approach that combines clinical interviews and practical exercises to be completed individually, with the aim of promoting concrete and conscious change in one's sexual life.

How the Program Works
First Sessions – Understanding the Problem
In-depth analysis of sexual difficulties, personal history, and the emotional dynamics involved.
Central Sessions – Active Therapeutic Work
Gradual introduction of therapeutic tools, exercises, and task prescriptions aimed at improving the relationship with the body, desire, and sexuality.
Final Sessions – Integration and Consolidation
Consolidation of the changes achieved and development of useful strategies for maintaining sexual well-being over time.
Prerequisites
You must have completed a Sexological Counseling program before undertaking Sex Therapy.
