1. The First Session: Connection & Clarity

Our first session (50-60 mins) is a pragmatic and open conversation, not an interrogation. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other beyond just "the problem". We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, you can ask any questions you have, and we'll collaboratively explore how my person-centered approach can help you.

2. The Cognitive-Interactionist Approach

My method is cognitive-interactionist, which means our work is pragmatic and rooted in a social constructionist view. We focus on our dialogue in the "here and now" to understand your patterns. I offer my services in Italian, English, and Spanish, working full-time in private practice with international clients online via Zoom or Google Meet.
