What to Expect When We Work Together

Starting support can feel intimidating, especially when the topics are personal, private, or hard to explain. My process is designed to feel simple, safe, and supportive from the beginning. Together, we move step by step, building trust, understanding what you need, and creating practical changes that can make life feel more manageable.

1. Starting With a Gentle Introduction

Our first session is a 30-minute online introduction where we get to know each other without pressure. You can share what you are looking for, ask questions, and decide whether I feel like the right person to support you.

2. Creating a Safe Space to Speak Freely

Ongoing sessions give you room to express the thoughts, feelings, and experiences you may not feel able to share elsewhere. I listen with empathy, validation, and respect, so difficult topics can be explored without judgment.

3. Understanding What You Need Most

Together, we look at what is happening in your life, what feels overwhelming, and what kind of support would help most. This may include emotional validation, education, grounding tools, crisis planning, or practical steps for change.

4. Building Realistic Steps Forward

Our work focuses on manageable progress between sessions. We may create routines, practice grounding techniques, explore identity or sexual health questions, or build action steps that help you feel more stable, understood, and supported.
