I draw primarily from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brief Therapy, integrated with powerful tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Humanistic Therapy when needed. A Passion Born from Empathy

How personal experience and a genuine curiosity for people shaped my practice.

I have always had a natural ability to listen and a deep, genuine interest in understanding people: their emotions, their fears, and their capacity for change. This curiosity was transformed into a professional passion. Having navigated critical situations in my own life, I know what it feels like to struggle, and I wanted to do everything possible to help others avoid that same pain. I discovered I could turn my innate sensitivity into a real, practical way to help others find their own path to healing.

This journey is why my therapeutic approach is built on a foundation of empathy, respect, and authenticity. My core values are about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and feel truly heard. The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing that transformation happen—seeing a person grow, improve, and recover their balance. Seeing someone understand themselves better and feel more at peace is what made it clear this was the work I was meant to do.

My work is uniquely creative and experiential. I hold a Master’s Degree in Advanced Theatre Arts Studies and believe that theatre and storytelling have a profound "healing and transformative power". I integrate dynamic, experiential tools like dramatic arts, improvisation, and role-playing exercises to help you move beyond just talking. This allows you to safely explore new perspectives, release emotional blocks, and rewrite your story from a place of creativity and empowerment.

Extensive International & Cross-Cultural Experience

I have a broad, multicultural perspective, having lived and worked for over two decades in Spain, the UK, Northern Ireland, and Mexico. This international background has allowed me to integrate diverse cultural perspectives on sexuality and relationships into my practice. I have developed and facilitated educational programs on gender equality and well-being for NGOs, governmental institutions, and international organizations, giving me a deep understanding of diverse human needs.
