My entire practice is built on the belief that we can only heal what we feel safe enough to explore. Many of us build protective walls throughout our lives, but true growth requires us to gently look behind them. My first priority is always to create a reliable, non-judgmental space where you can lower your defenses at your own pace.

Once that foundation of safety is established, we can begin to cultivate curiosity together. Curiosity is the antidote to judgment. Instead of labeling behaviors or feelings as 'bad' or 'broken,' we approach them with interest, asking: 'Why is this here? What purpose does this serve? What does it need?' My role is not to diagnose you, but to act as a compassionate guide in this exploration. Our sessions are collaborative; we are partners in understanding your inner world, welcoming every part of your story to pave the way for integration and lasting change.

Your First Session: Our initial meeting is a confidential, 50-minute online session dedicated to you. It’s a safe space to share your story, ask questions, and begin exploring what you hope to achieve. The primary goal is to establish a connection and ensure you feel heard and understood from the very start.

A Collaborative Plan: Together, we will clarify your goals for therapy. My role is to listen deeply and collaborate with you on a therapeutic plan that honors your unique needs, respects your pace, and aligns with your personal values.

Flexible & Secure Sessions: All therapy is conducted via secure video call (Meet), available in both English and Spanish, offering you complete privacy and flexibility from wherever you are in the world.

We will draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build psychological skills for navigating difficult emotions, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to cultivate self-acceptance and heal shame.
